  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our carriers, including dimensions suitable for airline cabin use. However, actual product colors, textures, or measurements may vary slightly.
  • While our carriers are designed with airline-approved dimensions, acceptance of pets in cabin travel is subject to each airline’s specific regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compliance with their chosen airline.
  • Our carriers are not intended to replace proper supervision of your pet. Owners remain fully responsible for their pets’ wellbeing while using the product.

3. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping details.
  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system. Travelpawsh does not store full payment card details.
  • Orders may be cancelled or updated within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order will move into processing and cannot be modified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. These time frames are estimates only, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs inspections, courier disruptions).
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Travelpawsh is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
