Return Policy
At Travelpawsh, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Free of pet hair, odours, or visible wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet carriers cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Travelpawsh cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@travelpawsh.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 30-day period
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
- To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@travelpawsh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.
- Send your item back using a trackable service.
- Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed.
