Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to bring your order directly to you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • Rest of World: Currently not available

Please note: These are estimated time frames. Actual shipping times may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $120.
  • For orders under AUD $120: flat rate of AUD $12.95.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 5 days for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Travelpawsh is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or updated within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After this window, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@travelpawsh.com.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
