To ensure the perfect fit and your pet’s comfort, we recommend checking the internal dimensions listed on each product page rather than relying on weight alone. Your pet should be able to sit, stand, and turn comfortably inside the carrier.

Is the ventilation enough for long periods?

Yes. TravelPawsh carriers are thoughtfully designed with multiple breathable ventilation panels to allow continuous airflow and keep your pet comfortable during extended use.

Is my pet secured inside?

Yes. TravelPawsh bags are designed with built-in safety features to help keep your pet secure while you’re on the move.

Each bag includes an internal safety leash/clip that attaches to your pet’s harness or collar, helping prevent sudden jumps or escapes when the bag is open.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, TravelPawsh ships within Australia only. We’re currently focused on providing the best possible experience for our Australian customers, but international shipping is something we’re actively working towards and plan to introduce in the future.

If you’re located outside Australia and interested in TravelPawsh, we recommend joining our mailing list or following us on social media to be the first to know when global shipping becomes available.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your TravelPawsh every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to customs processing for international orders.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident shopping with TravelPawsh.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Items that show signs of use, pet hair, or damage may not be eligible for return

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been used by pets.

What if my bag arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if this happens — and we’ll make it right.

If your TravelPawsh bag arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if something slips through or is damaged in transit, your satisfaction is our priority.

How do I maintain the exterior?

The exterior can be gently wiped clean using a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a mild soap and water, then wipe dry. Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners. Store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
